Located in the heart of El Monte, the Live House Bar is an 800-square-foot modern standing set designed for a wide range of production needs. It delivers an authentic bar atmosphere with a sleek bar counter and fully stocked alcohol cabinets, providing a realistic backdrop for bar, restaurant, or live music–themed scenes.

Adjacent to the bar is a live band stage equipped with a keyboard, mic stand, full drum set, and guitar, making it ideal for vibrant performance sequences or any scene requiring a lively, energetic ambiance. The space features oak vinyl flooring, and the seating is divided into two distinct sections, offering flexible options for staging and varied shooting angles.

Overhead, three sections of pre-lit spotlights ensure consistent, production-ready lighting. Additional amenities include a small hair & makeup room, a restroom, and on-site parking for 5–6 vehicles, with ample street parking nearby—supporting smooth logistics for any size crew.
