This set recreates a realistic police-station front desk and administrative office, designed for film and television productions requiring an institutional, bureaucratic, or government-office environment.

The space is divided into two main sections:

1. Public counter area – a lobby-style space with queue posts and a long reception window, allowing communication between the public and officers behind the desk. The high counter and neutral wall tones make it easily adaptable for various uses such as a police front desk, DMV counter, city-hall service desk, or hospital reception.

2. Office area behind the counter – furnished with metal filing cabinets, desks, computers, paperwork trays, cardboard archive boxes, a whiteboard, and office lamps. This area has the authentic look of a working government office, with slightly worn furniture and muted colors that photograph well under both warm and cool lighting setups.

The overall layout provides clear sightlines through the counter opening, ideal for dialogue exchanges between officers and civilians. Light beige walls, exposed ceiling beams, and vinyl flooring give the space a grounded, utilitarian atmosphere.

This pre-dressed set offers immediate filming readiness with flexible dressing potential — it can be converted to a police station, security office, city permit department, or bank customer-service area with minimal prop changes.
