This standing set is a clean, contemporary modern office located on the second floor above the main production office area inside the Glendora warehouse. Purpose-built for film, television, and commercial work, this space offers a flexible, professional corporate look with warm tones, clean lines, and a naturally polished aesthetic.

The room features an open-floor layout with four modular tables. Each table can function as an individual workstation for everyday office scenes, or all four can be combined to create a large conference-style table suitable for team meetings, negotiations, or executive discussions. This modular design gives productions the freedom to adapt the space instantly to match different story needs.
